Where in the Maine woods am I? Kebo Mountain

From just looking at the photo gallery below, Roslyn Reid, Carolyn Newbert, Joe Stupak, Jody Walker, Alison Murdoch, Nancy Graves McKay, Boomer, Maureen Fournier, Geneva Chase Langley and Earl Brechlin could tell that I hiked Kebo Mountain in Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island. I’ve got to say, those people really know their Acadia. Kebo Mountain is one of the smallest mountains of the park. It’s not talked about much. But it was a great winter hiking location. High five to all of you for guessing correct!

Here’s what I wrote with the original “Where in the Woods am I?” post:

Last Thursday, I took my dog, Oreo, on a walk up and over a small mountain in Maine. See if you recognize the mountain by viewing this gallery of photos I took during the hike. Leave your best guesses in the comment section at the bottom of the page. Winner gets a high five and a mention in the updated post. And as always, if you’d like to learn more about this little hike, stay tuned for tomorrow’s “1-minute hike” video and writeup about the adventure.
