Over the weekend, my husband and I took a short trip to southern Maine with our dog Oreo, and while there, we took the opportunity to visit a local trail system. Even though it was raining pretty much nonstop, we had a great time exploring the beautiful forest and fields, where we noticed quite a few signs of spring.
